Spiral staircase leads down to entrance to the studio on the lower ground floor, the bedsitting room has twin beds, table and chairs. A small hallway leads up a few stairs to the separate kitchen and also up to the bathroom with bath and shower over and WC. 	Newton Street West End. Tube stop: Holborn New, modern complex of apartments in a building with porter and elevator. Just around the corner from the tube stop and within walking distance of many West End theaters. This 1-bedroom apartment is on the second floor. One enters a small hallway. To the left is a good sized and very pleasant sitting room with sofa, chair, coffee table, feature fireplace, lots of cabinets and bookshelves. Apartment floors are all natural wood (or pergo). If one turns right down the hallway there is a small but very attractive and well-equipped kitchen with tile floor and walls. Opposite the kitchen is a very modern, nicely tiled bathroom with shower over bathtub/WC and handbasin. At the end of the hall is a good size bedroom with double bed and lots of closet space. The apartment is new and, at this point, fairly sparsely furnished (no pictures, no books in the bookshelves) but very light, bright, pleasant, attractive and comfortable. Price Code C

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and well equipped. Many are privately owned. A local contact person is always available for assistance with any problems. Our properties rent for a minimum of one week. Arrival is any day of the week for city flats and apartments. Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to Saturday. Normally, check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
We confirm the exact price when a reservation is booked. Prices depend on the current exchange rate of the dollar, number in the party and dates of travel. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen, cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges for telephone calls are extra. Most properties require a refundable breakage/damage deposit.
