The closest town is Durrus and Bantry is about a 15 minute drive. The
cottage is located on an estate that has sweeping views of Dunmanus Bay.
This cottage stands in its own grounds amidst pretty planted garden beds
with direct access to the sea. There is a picnic table in the garden for
outside dining. Inside: On the ground floor there is a master bedroom
with a queen sized bed. French doors lead out to a quiet patio. There
is an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, jacuzzi tub, WC and sink.
Adjoining the bathroom is another bedroom with twin beds. There is an
extra WC in the hallway. The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan and
quite spacious. The kitchen is separated by a counter area and it is complete
with all modern conveniences. There is plenty of room for more than 1
chef. The dining table seats at least 8. The living room has a large open

is renowned for its excellent restaurants and shops and there are many
art galleries in the area. For the energetic, there are a variety of possibilities
and pursuits such as fishing, walking, hill climbing, cycling, horse riding
and boating. There are two golf courses within twenty minutes and at least
six within an hour's drive. Killarney Muckross Gardens, Illnacullin, Garnish
Island Gardens and Bantry House are approximately one hour by car. Shannon:

the house is at the entrance to the famed Gap of Dunloe and Killarney
National Park. Beautifully appointed and decorated with the works of local
artists and craftsmen. Enjoy views of the Dingle Peninsula, the Atlantic
coast and the Lakes of Killarney. The owner, an expert on the area, will
be happy to arrange all types of activities and tours. There are five
double bedrooms, three with queen-size and one with king-size bed, along

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and
well equipped. Many are privately owned.
A local contact person is always
available for assistance with any problems. Our properties rent for
a minimum of one week.
Arrival is any day of the week for city flats
and apartments. Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to
Saturday.
Normally, check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out
is 10 AM.
We confirm the exact price when a reservation is booked. Prices depend
on the current exchange rate of the dollar, number in the party and
dates of travel. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen,
cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges
for telephone calls are extra. Most properties require a refundable
breakage/damage deposit.
