	Gordon Place Tube stop: High Street Kensington Attractive residential street just yards away from the Kensington High Street and Kensington Church Streets with their many shops and restaurants. The side entrance to Kensington Gardens is about a five-minute walk away. A short flight of steps from the street up to the front door of the main house leads into a large public entrance hall. The front door to this flat is on the ground floor level so it is referred to as a "raised ground floor." On entering the flat a small hallway leads straight into a good sized, light living room with large windows overlooking the street. It is comfortable and attractively furnished with a deep sofa and armchairs, color TV, video and stereo. There is a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is attractively tiled and well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The pretty bedroom has a queen sized bed and has good closet and shelves. The modern tiled bathroom has a full size tub with an overhead power shower. Immaculate flat‹highly recommended. Holland Park
	Garden House Tube stop: Holland Park Classically designed Italianate pavilion set in large garden with high walls. The main entrance is on Holland Park (parallel to Holland Park Avenue) while the garden gate leads directly onto Holland Park Avenue on the other side with its shops and restaurants. The tube station is a 2-minute walk. Located in a first rate area with some of Kensington's finest houses. There is a gourmet restaurant in the park and an outdoor summer theatre which is part of the old mansion of Holland House (1604). The "house" has double glazing and stone flooring throughout with under floor heating. A beautiful sitting/dining room overlooks and has direct access to the garden. The sitting room has two large sofas, dining table and gas log fire. There is a TV, VCR, fax and telephone in addition to a radio/cassette/CD player. The bedroom has a larger than standard double bed with a range of wardrobe space. A few steps lead down to the ensuite fully tiled shower room, WC and basin. There is a washing machine in this room. There is another similar shower room near the entrance hall. The kitchen, although quite small, is well designed with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher and eye-level oven. 	Holland Park Tube stop: Holland Park This is a 1-bedroom apartment at the top of a building of flats (so there are lots of steps up). Once up, however, it is a little like being in a spacious garret. There is a good-sized sitting/dining room with windows high up and a view of trees, a separate and well-equipped kitchen, large double bedroom in the back and bathroom with shower. Very nice flat‹near the entrance to Holland Park on a pretty, tree-lined, residential street. Recently repainted. Price Code C
Sinclair Gardens Tube stop: Shepherd's Bush Beautiful little one-bedroom in period building on a pretty, quiet street of lovely 19th century houses. Within 5 minutes of Shepherd's Bush tube stop, a block away from buses into Kensington High Street and with good shops and restaurants around the corner. The apartment is on the first floor (our 2nd floor) and is very small but utterly charming. It is a privately owned apartment and the owner has decorated it quite lovingly. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and has a bookcase/breakfast bar separating it from the small sitting room which has comfortable sofa and chairs and is all in blue and yellow. The bedroom is just off the sitting room and has bookcases on either side of the double bed and a window seat along the front window. It is decorated in blue and white. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over. It is a very charming apartment and has lots of lovely touches. Ideal for one, but two "in love" could work. Price Code B
Notting Hill
	Baynards House Tube stop: Notting Hill Gate (about 10 minutes walk). Situated in the heart of fashionable Notting Hill Gate, teaming with late night shops, restaurants and cafes. This is a brand new development and this immaculate apartment comes with all modern conveniences including 24-hour porters, gym, communal garden and security cameras and entryphone system. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and has a very quiet aspect with full double glazing overlooking the courtyard and gardens to the rear of the building. There is a large lobby on entering the flat from which all rooms lead off. Décor is very bright and neutral with wooden flooring. The door to the far end of the lobby leads to the sitting room. This is a good size room with sofabed, computer, satellite TV with 100 channels, VCR, stereo and open line telephone. There is a dining tale for four. The bedroom leading off at the far end of the lobby has a queen sized bed and fitted wardrobes with shelving, telephone and two side tables. Price Code C.
