	Blithefield Tube stop: Kensington High Street 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps 4-6. This large, comfortable house is in a tree-lined residential street in the heart of Kensington. The cherry trees are beautiful when in full bloom in April. At the entrance to Blithfield Street is a charming French Seafood restaurant and the village shops include a flower shop, cake and pie shop, butcher, chemist, dry cleaner, wine merchant, greengrocer, and small supermarket. Close by are two major supermarkets plus all the shops in Kensington High Street. Harrods and Kensington Gardens are ten minutes bus ride away and Gloucester Road and High Street Kensington tube stations are around a 7 minute walk. The living room is comfortably furnished with two Laura Ashley couches with deep cushions, comfortable wing backed armchairs, wine and coffee tables, lovely table lamps, and wall lights. The dining area has an extending oval dining table to seat six to eight with matching chairs. There is a small antique sideboard in polished mahogany. The kitchen is well fitted and has a washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, and large fridge. The master bedroom has a queen size (5’) bed, large fitted wardrobes which incorporate a chest of drawers, and a comfortable wing backed armchair. There are full length French windows and a large en suite bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom has two charming sleigh beds with modern comfortable mattresses. This room also has a large fitted wardrobe. There is a second separate bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds that fit together, a fitted wardrobe, and antique chest of drawers. 	Buckingham Court Notting Hill Nearest tube: Notting Hill Gate 2 bedroom. Sleeps 4. Buckingham Court is situated opposite Ladbroke Square Gardens in the heart of fashionable Notting Hill. It is a secure building, with a porter on duty between 8.30 and 5.30. The flat is just a five-minute walk to the tube station, and from the nearby bus stop a bus will take you straight into Knightsbridge. Our apartment is on the second floor (with a lift). The spacious sitting room has a dining area with table seating six. Large windows make the apartment light and bright. There is a small TV (14”) but no VCR. However, there are three cinemas, all within walking distance, showing films all day. The large master bedroom has a 5’6” bed, and an en suite shower-only bathroom. The room is light and quiet. The second bedroom has twin beds and is also very quiet. The bathroom has Italian fittings, and a shower over bath. 	Kensington Church Street Tube stop: Kensington High Street 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 3. Built in 1750, this apartment has been sensitively restored and refurbished and retains many original features. Situated on the second floor above a chic shop it has a double bedroom overlooking St Mary Abbot's Church grounds and a single bedroom. 	Ilchester Place Holland Park. 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 4. A highly desirable neighbourhood, bordering Kensington, taking its name from the park which once was the gardens of Holland House, a vast Jacobean mansion now demolished. Ilchester Place leads off Kensington High Street and is considered one of the residential neighbourhoods of London. This flat is on the 5th floor of an elegant 1970's block that commands fine views over Holland Park. The flat has a light comfortable feel, and is in excellent decorative order throughout. The spacious living-room has windows overlooking trees, the tennis courts and cricket field. It is very comfortably furnished. Next door is the very modern kitchen with all possible appliances. The master bedroom has a king double which can also separate in to two single beds. It is very attractive and quiet. The second bedroom has a single bed with trundle bed below. This flat is on the third floor (3 flights to walk up) of an impressive period building. It is bright and airy in good decorative order with a wonderful view over the garden square from the sitting room. Quiet location. There is brand new carpeting throughout the flat. The house is large and spacious, suitable for small conferences/seminars. It is a house with a history - this stunning house in West London has been recently reconstructed in traditional Victorian style after the original 1846 house fell down while undergoing building renovations! Known by local residents as 'the house that fell down', it has all the character of an old house, with traditional fixtures and fittings, but with the all the convenience of a modern house in which everything works.
