to the beautiful Cheyne Walk on the river¹s edge. This building has its
own private garden and is a stone¹s throw from the embankment and the
Thames, yet just a short walk in the other direction to the Kings Road.
The flat is on the first floor with an elevator. From the hallway into
a medium sized, comfortable, attractively furnished and light living room,
with windows on two sides, good, antique furniture and pictures, color
TV. The generous sized, modern wood finished kitchen has a table and seating
for 4 or 5 people and also has dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a

the west side of the square, a 3- minute walk to the shops, restaurants,
underground and museums. It is on the ground floor looking towards
the gardens and has lovely high ceilings and original pretty cornicing
and beige carpeting throughout. Enter the flat into a wide deep pink
wallpapered hallway--to the right is a large, elegant drawing room
with a fireplace. There is also a TV, VCR and stereo system. High speed
internet access is available. The room is furnished with
traditional sofas and green and red chintz chairs. There is also a large
rectangular antique table seating 6 people. The modern kitchen has
a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave in additional to stove, refrigerator,
etc. There is also a small round table that seats 3 people. Next to
the drawing room is a large master bedroom with a zip link king sized

in yellow and green. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a
power shower over the tub, with toilet and hand basin. The whole flat

3 bedrooms. Sleeps 6. This luxurious penthouse apartment is in a smart portered block overlooking the gardens. It has been recently remodeled to a very high standard, with full air-conditioning, and is immaculate throughout. It is spacious and light and has the added appeal of a wide deck stretching the full length of the property with flowering plants and deck furniture. The views are fine and far-reaching over the roof tops towards City landmarks. Although the busy Brompton Road outside is not peaceful, indoors, thanks to primary double-glazing on all the windows, it is. The living-room, with its full-height picture windows, is supremely comfortable and smart. It has a working fireplace (gas) and up-to-the-minute digital TV and CD player. There is a formal dining area for up to eight people. The 'designer', streamlined kitchen has all possible appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, superb closets and TV. The bathroom has a shower stall and bathtub. The second bedroom, with two single beds, has a recessed washbasin. 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 4. Small, attractive, quiet, private mews off Walton Street. Spacious,
most attractive and comfortable living room in blues and yellows. A
full width window overlooks the mews giving plenty of light. A matching
pair of sofas flank the mantelpiece with its gas/coal fire and a fine
antique writing desk sits by the window. Good TV set and CD player.
Down 5 stairs is the round dining table and 6 chairs and down a further
4 stairs to one side is the open plan, very modern kitchen. A back door
leads into the mews. This area has a small breakfast table and seating
for two and includes a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Beyond
the kitchen is a proper sauna room. From the hall, up the stairs at
the mezzanine level, there is the 2nd pretty bathroom with a hand shower
to the gold taps. Up on the first level is the appealing master bedroom
with a queen size bed, 2 antique chests of drawers, ample wardrobe space
and an ensuite bathroom with shower into tub. There is also a nice second
bedroom with twin beds. The whole house is immaculate and is well recommended.

It is bright and airy in good decorative order with a wonderful view over the garden square from the sitting room. Quiet location. There is brand new carpeting throughout the flat. The building has an Entryphone system and gas central heating. The sitting room is bright and comfortable with two matching sofas, ornamental fireplace with antique pine surround, and TV. The farmhouse style kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and plenty of cupboard and worktop space. There is also a table with two stools. The house is on three floors and the owner has just completed a total

the room which also has a round dining table seating 8/10. There are windows

a minimum of one week.
Arrival is any day of the week for city flats
and apartments. Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to
Saturday.
Normally, check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out
is 10 AM.
We confirm the exact price when a reservation is booked. Prices depend
on the current exchange rate of the dollar, number in the party and
dates of travel. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen,
cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges
for telephone calls are extra. Most properties require a refundable
breakage/damage deposit.
