Upon entering the public entrance hall of the building there is a short
flight of stairs to the elevator that takes one to the second floor. There
is then a half flight of stairs to the flat's front door. Inside, the
small hallway leads into a very pleasant living room with windows overlooking
the street and gardens. A pair of sofas flanks a handsome fireplace with
an electric fire. There are bookshelves, a writing desk, attractive lamps
and other nice touches, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort.
There is a color television, stereo and phone/fax. The dining area has
a good sized dining table with six chairs and a door leads from this area
into a very well equipped, modern kitchen. There is a washing machine,
a dishwasher, excellent stove and fridge/freezer. Across the hallway from
the living room is a door leading into a very smart bathroom with creamy/beige
marble tiles, a full-length bathtub with overhead power shower. Next door
is the bedroom with a king-size bed. This is wonderfully light with large
