This apartment is located in a quaint and pleasant cobbled street in the heart of old Montmartre known for its views, its village atmosphere, Place du Tertre, still the rendez-vous of artists and the Sacré-Coeur basilica. "Le Consulat", very near the apartment, is one of the many restaurants still open in the area where Impressionists painters used to meet. A few minutes away is a lively outdoor market open six days a week (rue Lepic), and a similar array of fine shops as well as many excellent small restaurants in the immediate area. This exceptionally attractive and comfortable two bedroom flat is U shaped around a nice courtyard and has been completely renovated and professionally decorated in 1998. Hardwood floors, area rugs, large dining table, relaxing couch, chairs, TV set, telephone and fax machine, stereo/CD player furnish the large and inviting living-dining room. The kitchen area is separate but open to the living room. It is fully equipped with all new appliances including washer/dryer, a rare feature in Paris. The full bathroom has a tub with wall-hung shower, sink, and a toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, night lamps, closet and a dresser. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, night lamps, and a closet. Each bedroom has a view of Paris. Approximate Weekly Rental Rates  All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and
well equipped. Many are privately owned.
A local contact person is always available for assistance with any problems. Our properties rent for a minimum of one week. Arrival is any day of the week for city flats and apartments. Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to Saturday. Normally, check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We confirm the exact price when a reservation is booked. Prices depend
on the current exchange rate of the dollar, number in the party and
dates of travel. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen,
cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges
for telephone calls are extra. Most properties require a refundable
