Although the bedroom is small, it is bright and cheerful and has just been redecorated. There are modern bedside lamps and a mirror-fronted closet. The apartment has an immaculate and superbly equipped open kitchen area built into the living room. The small but adequate bedroom (with double bed) has plenty of closet space for your wardrobe and there are attractive exposed beams in the wall and ceiling. Attractive one bedroom apartment located on the second floor - American
third floor - of an old building in a quieter section of Montmartre.
There is no lift but the two flights of stairs are not steep. The apartment
is spacious by Paris standards - about 65 square meters. The rooms are
off a small central entrance hallway. The living room is quite large,
bright and pleasant with high ceilings and huge windows that overlook
the street. There is a queen size fold-out sofabed, TV, lots of cupboards
and a pair of chairs. The dining room adjoins the living room and has
a table and chairs for four. Both of these main rooms are nicely furnished
in a contemporary style. The kitchen is small but complete and has 4
vitro ceramic burners, a conventional oven, a microwave, dishwasher
and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom is large and has
a good shower, WC, sink and plenty of storage space. The good sized
bedroom has twin beds which can be zipped into a king-sized bed. There
are two double closets in the bedroom. This apartment does not have
a washing machine but, just down the street, there is a brand new Laundromat
which is crowded only on weekends. This apartment is located in a great
residential neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes, bookstores, restaurants

a couple. There is a small hallway at the entrance to the apartment. The
living room is tiny with a little fireplace and two fold-out foam chairs
along with a dining table with two chairs. The window here overlooks the
courtyard. The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and is separated
by a tiled counter with two stools. The kitchen - suitable for only one
chef - is very compact with a microwave, stove top, sink, refrigerator
and cupboard space. The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink. The good sized
bedroom has a queen sized bed, storage shelves, a bureau and TV. The ceilings
are high and the windows in the bedroom overlook a quiet street. This
apartment does not have a washing machine but, just down the street, there
is a brand new Laundromat which is crowed only on weekends. This little
apartment is located in a great residential neighborhood with lots of
shops, cafes, bookstores, restaurants and it is within walking distance

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and well equipped.
Many are privately owned. A local contact person is always available
for assistance with any problems. Our properties rent for a minimum
of one week. Arrival is any day of the week for city flats and apartments.
Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to Saturday. Normally,
check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. |
