	Piccadilly Tube stop: Green Park 1 bedroom. Sleeps 2. Ground floor apartment in prestigious apartment building opposite Green Park and a short walk from Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. Green Park underground station is a 2-minute walk. The entrance to the building is through elegant wrought iron gates into the main door and hallway, with an attractive planted area. The apartment is at the rear of the building on the ground floor and is therefore quiet, looking out onto an inner "well" area with greenery. The entrance hall to the apartment has a small study area with extending table (also used as a dining table) and plenty of storage space. From the interior hallway, the other rooms lead off. There is a pleasant sitting room with large window looking out onto the "well", the bedroom with double bed also has this view. Bathroom with bath and hand-held shower over and WC. The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and microwave, as well as electric cooker). All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and well equipped. Many are privately owned. A local contact person is always available for assistance with any problems. Our properties rent for a minimum of one week. Arrival is any day of the week for city flats and apartments. Countryside properties usually rent from Saturday to Saturday. Normally, check-in time is between 2 PM and 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
We confirm the exact price when a reservation is booked. Prices depend on the current exchange rate of the dollar, number in the party and dates of travel. Prices quoted include heat, electricity, towels, linen, cleaning fees, taxes and our fees - unless otherwise stated. Charges for telephone calls are extra.
